Embiid Gives Sixers the Push They Needed!

After an intriguing interview with one of the most die-hard Sixers fans known to mankind Delaware Valley's own professor Katie Carnevale, it was pretty obvious how Mrs. Carnevale feels about Harden and the Sixers. Although, during this interesting interview it contained a lot of information, especially info having to do with James’s team and his performance after Game 2 of the NBA Eastern Semis-Conference Playoffs. Even though, it actually happens that it was possible to stall out this blog post till after the big Game 3! And depending on whom you're rooting for on this round you either cried for joy after that match or got rudely awakened that this series can easily go to a Game 7.

Sixers Analyst: Do you think the James Harden trade was worth it?

Carnevale: I was definitely against the trade from the beginning. Even though we were getting rid of Ben Simmons, who was worthless, I hated that we were losing Seth Curry and Andre Drummond. We are really feeling those losses now in the playoffs as we don't have a suitable backup for Joel Embiid and our three-point shooting is suffering.

Sixers Analyst: How do you feel about Jame’s performance, more specifically last night?

Carnevale: Harden has been better as of late but it just hasn't been enough. He's not taking enough shots and not being enough of a leader on the court. I am very worried about being down 2-0 to the Heat and am praying Embiid can come back for game three!

Sixers Analyst: Do you still believe the Sixers can win the NBA Finals?

Carnevale: I thought our chances were pretty good before Embiid got hurt, now I just don't know!

Sixers Analyst: Is there any fear in your heart about the impact of being down 2-0 in the NBA Eastern Semi-Conference Playoff?

Carnevale: I'm not sure if I want James Harden to come back...I'm just not sure it would be a good idea to have to depend on him. Maybe he could take on a sixth-man role next season like Kevin Love or Tyler Herro. If he's willing to set aside his pride for the good of the team, that might just be the best thing for everyone!

Moreover, by conducting that interview and actually getting to hear some outside feedback other than the thought of one’s own self. One can say that their perspective on the Harden situation actually remains the same as it was once before. After, hearing the interview you can see where Mrs. Katie stands on her feelings towards Harden and the Sixers. Katie’s answers were pretty regular if you were looking for the “Point of view” of a loyal Sixers fan, which only makes this interview more special.

All in all, the Sixers actually hosted Game 3 tonight in Philadelphia where they won the match by 20 points, the final score ended up being 99-79 in Philly’s favor. Furthermore, this win was big for the Sixers and very much needed just to have a breath of life in this cutthroat series. Can't wait to see how this series ends now that Embiid is back and the Sixers are back to full strength.
